Processing providers
PostgreSQL stores account and application records. Cloudflare R2 stores private original files, and Cloudflare Email Sending delivers verification and recovery messages. PDFs are sent to Formilis for OCR. Extracted Markdown and uploaded Markdown are sent to OpenAI to generate forms. Company suggestions send the selected company and form schema to OpenAI and may use web search.
AI calls use store: false. This disables application-requested response storage; it does not guarantee zero retention by a provider. Do not upload information you are not authorized to share with these providers. Administrators can access application records to operate the service and provide support.
Retention and deletion
Original files remain until their template or account is deleted unless the configured retention period expires sooner. Temporary inputs and abandoned uploads are queued for cleanup. Job history expires under the configured retention period. Current retention settings are shown in Help.
Deleting a template deletes its saved submissions. Deleting your account deletes associated application records and queues original files for asynchronous deletion. Cleanup can take longer during a provider outage. Backups, operational logs and provider-held records follow their respective retention arrangements; application deletion does not erase them immediately.
